Jordanelle Capital is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. The company began as Peterson Real Assets, a division of Peterson Partners, and spun out as an independent asset manager in 2022.

Jordanelle’s mission is to invest in companies and projects that can be significantly de-risked to deliver attractive, risk-adjusted returns. We actively invest capital, expertise and resources in our portfolio companies, working closely with the real asset entrepreneurs we back. 

Our investments and prospective investments span the real asset life cycle, ranging from mature, producing companies looking for transformative growth capital to projects and construction-ready enterprises.
